• Creative thinker, self-motivated, deadline oriented
• Storytelling with social media; creating and curating content
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with various departments within the organization and with outside organizations
• Proven, professional track record in development of social media marketing strategies and programs
• Social media marketing business participation including development of ongoing social media campaigns, blog strategies, videos, and community engagement.
• Work with Media &Communication and Development, as appropriate, to leverage PR campaigns through social media using different platforms (Facebook, Twitter, blogs, YouTube, etc.)
• Ability to remain flexible, handling changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Play an instrumental role in social media crisis communication and monitoring
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects.
• Self-starter. Must ask questions and learn new skills quickly on the job.
